返品・交換について
当店では商品の品質に万全を期しておりますが、以下の場合には返品・交換を承ります。
• 対象:
• 初期不良品
• 配送中の破損
• ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
• 使用後に判明した製造上の欠陥（通常の使用による摩耗・損耗を除く）
• 保証期間:
商品到着日から 1年間。
• 返品条件:
• 不良の詳細をお知らせいただき、当店にて確認後、保証対象と判断された場合
• 商品本体、付属品を含めて返送いただくこと
• 返品送料:
保証対象の場合は当店が負担いたします。
• 返金・交換方法:
商品確認後、速やかに交換品を発送、またはご利用の決済方法へ返金いたします。
• 免責事項:
以下の場合は保証対象外となります。
• 通常の使用による摩耗や損耗
• お客様の過失による破損
• 改造や不適切な使用による不具合
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our professional yo-yos. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective products or items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Condition: Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories.
• Process: To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Refunds/Exchanges: Once the item is inspected and confirmed defective, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or items that have been used without defect.
1 year guarantee in case of issues attribute to defects.
